I’m taking you behind the scenes of some of the most memorable moments of 2014, month by month.
So, 2014 started with a massive hangover and endless things to do before moving.
Fun Fact: I auditioned for “The Voice” in January. Another Fun Fact: I am not the voice.
I also started my fourth semester of college with a night out and some of my favorite gal pals.
I visited my first spa.
I became the self-proclaimed face of target.
I witnessed history in the making at Penn State University.
I celebrated my brother’s birthday. #nobodylikesyouwhenyoure23
I bungee chord-ed a beach chair into the back of this van and drove 70 miles up the road strapped to the floor.
We started having indoor water gun fights.
I learned how to smize. #makingtyraproud
I ate the most delicious food of my life at Buddakan, ordered 3 desserts for two people.
I celebrated Easter with my best friend and her family in Pennsylvania. Coincidentally, it was not a billboard of the backstreet boys that I saw when I entered her town, it was actually a billboard of the prominent surgeons from her town. Had me fooled, they were all in full-white outfits. I had flashbacks to the early 2000’s.
Had a drum circle with my friends from high school.
Drank Hot chocolate from a bowl and cried tears of joy at how delicious it was.
Got toasted to by my bad*ss grandma.
Spent some time at the beach before I started my full-time career of part time jobs.
Started back working at the Ice Cream Store.
Found two seconds of downtime and rode some rides at the boardwalk.
Demonstrated my natural affinity for hula-hooping and joy as a camp counselor slash choreographer at a theatre camp for kids.
Bottled honey (another part-time job) for my stepdad, a prominent beekeeper in Hometown, NJ.
Visited New York City, saw the play “Violet” with my friends and “Newsies” also with my friends, but more as a camp counselor slash chaperone.
I went full ninja as a stage manager for the camp’s production of “The Little Mermaid.”
I started the process of becoming blonde.
I cooked one of my first meals in my apartment, still trying to figure out why there was so much orange.
Made friends with the plumber. We’re on first-name basis now.
Celebrated 20 years of straight up debauchery with some of my favorite people.
Created modern art with my roommate using a piece of paper, a t-shirt, and a cork board.
Discovered my uncanny resemblance to Ozzy Osbourne.
Started a new project that won’t be released until 2k15.

Went full college on Halloween. #laungerieandfairywings
Finally finished hanging up all of the decorations in my room, it only took 3 months and I had to take it down two weeks later.
I had my first of many Christmas celebrations with the girls, it ended with my passed out by 9:00 PM. #seeyanever
I took on NYC with Brix and Kylie Jenner lips.
I also found my way backstage at the first of many concerts I will attend in the next 20 years. #groupieforlife
So long 2014, you were sublime, but I’m expecting that 2015 will be even better.
