I feel like I have so much going on, so much to do and I just don’t know how to get to everything.
First of all, deep breath.
I totally get the feeling that you’re feeling, Dealing with being overwhelmed on a daily basis, it is definitely taxing.
What always helps me is making a list. Write down everything that you need to do in order of importance.
Then, one by one, get something done. It may seem like a really cliche thing to say, but honestly, it’s the only way to get everything you need done in a timely manner.
Another idea, which I never favor, is drink more coffee and sleep less. I would say, doctors do not recommend this, but you can usually catch up on the weekend, or catch a quick nap during lunch break which is my total go to move.
Just do what works for you, but remember that you can totally do it! I believe in you.
